- 1 cup Meadow Fresh Traditional Cottage Cheese
- 2 Tbsp Meadow Fresh Kalo Vanilla Bean Yoghurt
- 2 Tbsp dark cocoa powder
- 2 Tbsp honey
Process all ingredients in a small food processor until smooth and creamy. Spoon into glasses and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
- Mousse keeps well for up to five days covered in the fridge.
- Try adding 2 Tbsp of smooth peanut butter for a chocolate peanut butter mousse.
