Tropical Ambrosia

A tropical twist on the traditional Kiwi dessert, ambrosia. 


  • 3 Cups Meadow Fresh Mango Yoghurt
  • 350ml Cream
  • 3 Cups Seasonal Summer Fruit (we used apricots, nectarines and peaches)
  • 1 Cup Long Thread Coconut
  • ½ Cup White Marshmallows, quartered
  • ½ Cup toasted coconut to garnish, optional


  1. Whip Cream until soft peaks form.
  2. Stir in yoghurt, add fruit, coconut and marshmallows.
  3. Top with toasted coconut (optional).
