- 3 Cups Meadow Fresh Mango Yoghurt
- 350ml Cream
- 3 Cups Seasonal Summer Fruit (we used apricots, nectarines and peaches)
- 1 Cup Long Thread Coconut
- ½ Cup White Marshmallows, quartered
- ½ Cup toasted coconut to garnish, optional
- Whip Cream until soft peaks form.
- Stir in yoghurt, add fruit, coconut and marshmallows.
- Top with toasted coconut (optional).
