• 1 1/3 cups Meadow Fresh Kalo Berries Yoghurt (330g) + extra to serve
  • 1 1/4 cups wholegrain oats (150g)
  • 1 cup Meadow Fresh Original Milk
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp honey (optional)
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, divided (320g)


Place yoghurt, oats, milk, chia seeds, honey (if using) and salt in a jug or bowl. Stir to combine.

Set 3 of the strawberries aside (choose the best looking ones!) and roughly chop the remaining quantity. Stir half of these into the oat mixture and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or overnight, until thickened. Refrigerate the remaining chopped and whole strawberries as well.

When ready to serve, divide half of the oats between 3 glasses or small jars. Add half of the remaining chopped strawberries on top, then repeat with remaining oats and chopped strawberries.

Dollop extra yoghurt on top of parfaits and add a whole strawberry on top.


  • These overnight oats keep well for up to 3 days.
  • For a more indulgent strawberries and cream experience, replace
