1. Combine all the dry ingredients.
2. Whisk together the wet ingredients. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and whisk until well combined.
3. Heat butter in a pan and spoon the mix into the pan (about a ladle per pancake). Once the pancake starts bubbling flip over and fry the other side.
4. Repeat until the mixture is finished.
Topping suggestions: KALO yoghurt, berries, fruit, cream, jam and grated cheese, ice cream and sprinkles as a fun treat!
