Afghan Smoothie

This Afghan Smoothie is a great take on the classic Afghan biscuit, but with a great healthy twist!


  • 2 cups Meadow Fresh Calci Trim milk
  • ½ cup Cornflakes
  • 1 tsp Cocoa powder
  • 3 Medjool dates - pitted
  • 8 Walnuts
  • 2 tsp Coconut sugar – sweeten to taste
  • 1 Tbsp Cacao nibs
  • 1 Tbsp Toasted coconut

To Garnish

  • Toasted coconut
  • Cacao nibs


Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour into glasses and top with a sprinkle of toasted coconut and cacao nibs.
