Tropical Frozen Yoghurt
- 1 cup Meadow Fresh Kalo Passionfruit Yoghurt
- 2 large frozen bananas
- 1 cup of frozen mango
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
- 1-2 tsp honey (optional)
Mixed Berry Frozen Yoghurt
- 1 & 1/4 cups Meadow Fresh Kalo Berries Yoghurt
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1-2 Tbsp maple syrup or honey
- METHOD (same for both flavours)
1Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Eat immediately (for a soft-serve style frozen yoghurt) or freeze for 1-2 hours for a more solid consistency.
• You can make the frozen yoghurt in advance but it will freeze solid after a couple of hours. Remove from freezer and leave at room temperature until it reaches your desired consistency.
