Tropicana Smoothie

This smoothie is a tasty way to kick-start your day, with mango, banana and passionfruit combining for a tropical taste sensation. You’ve got to try it. 


  • 1 medium size banana, peeled
  • 100 grams (1 cup) frozen mango
  • 6 whole almonds, skin on
  • 300ml Meadow Fresh Organic Milk
  • 2 passionfruit


  1. Place the banana, mango, almonds, milk and the pulp from one passionfruit in a blender.

  2. Blend for 1 minute until silky smooth, then pour into two serving glasses.

  3. Halve the remaining passionfruit and garnish the top of each smoothie with the pulp from one half.
