A festive favourite for the silly season - ambrosia, packed with dairy goodness and loaded with fresh strawberries and topped with a chocolate flake, of course.

- 3 Cups Kalo Raspberry Yoghurt
- 350ml Cream
- 2 Cups Strawberries
- 2 Cups Marshmallows
- ½ Cup Chocolate flake to garnish, optional
- Whip Cream until soft peaks form.
- Stir in yoghurt, add strawberries and marshmallow.
- Divide between small serving glasses, top with chocolate flake and sliced strawberries (optional).
