Traditional Ambrosia

A festive favourite for the silly season - ambrosia, packed with dairy goodness and loaded with fresh strawberries and topped with a chocolate flake, of course. 


  • 3 Cups Kalo Raspberry Yoghurt
  • 350ml Cream
  • 2 Cups Strawberries
  • 2 Cups Marshmallows
  • ½ Cup Chocolate flake to garnish, optional


  1. Whip Cream until soft peaks form.
  2. Stir in yoghurt, add strawberries and marshmallow.
  3. Divide between small serving glasses, top with chocolate flake and sliced strawberries (optional).
