Speedy Bircher Muesli
Here’s your ticket to a speedy breakfast that doesn’t compromise on nutrition. Packed with oats, seeds and delicious pear, it’s a great way to fuel you for the day ahead.

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 ½ cups Meadow Fresh Organic milk
- 1 ripe pear, grated
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 banana, peeled and thinly sliced
- Meadow Fresh Greek Yoghurt
- 2 teaspoons sunflower seeds
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- Runny honey
Place all the ingredients in a bowl, mix until well combined and set aside for 5 minutes.
To serve: Divide the muesli mixture and any leftover liquid between two bowls. Divide the banana between each bowl, then add a good dollop of yoghurt, sprinkle over the sunflower and chia seeds and finish with a drizzle of honey for added sweetness, if you like.
