- 1 cup Meadow Fresh Traditional Cottage Cheese
- ¼ cup raisins or sultanas (optional)
- 1 Tbsp honey (optional)
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 rockmelon
- 3 Tbsp toasted sliced almonds
Stire cottage cheese, raisins/sultanas, honey and cinnamon together.
Slice melon into 8 wedges. Scoop out the seeds and discard.
Spoon cottage cheese mixture onto melon wedges and sprinkle with almonds.
