Ingredients
180g smoked salmon
100g Meadow Fresh Cream Cheese
100g Meadow Fresh Crème Fraîche
3 tbs Lemon juice
¼ cup chives, chopped
Salt & Black Pepper, to taste
Method
Blend all ingredients in a food processor except the chives and black pepper.
Stir in chives & black pepper.
Serve with crusty rustic toasted bread.
