Peanut Butter Fluff

The perfect toast topping, dip to go with your afternoon fruit or perfectly paired a top of pancakes. 


  • 1 cup Meadow Fresh Kalo Vanilla Bean Yoghurt
  • 1/3 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup or honey (optional)


Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix with a spoon until smooth. Eat immediately or refrigerate for up to a week. 


  • Try a different nut butter if you like - almond butter and cashew butter both work well. 
  • Add a sprinkle of cinnamon on top for extra flavour. 
  • This peanut butter fluff is great spread on toast and topped with sliced banana. Also delicious as a dip for fresh fruit, or as a topping for pancakes and pikelets.
