Muesli dust is simply a fresh take on your favourite breakfast cereal. Blitz it in a food processor with some nutrient-rich cocoa powder, cinnamon and hazelnuts to a fine dust, making it more soluble and fun to eat. You can eat it like you normally would, add it to smoothies, or sprinkle it on top of your favourite Meadow Fresh Yoghurt.

- 1 packet (400 grams) of your favourite muesli (we used Vogel’s Café-Style Light Muesli)
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 heaped teaspoon good quality cocoa powder
- ¼ cup hazelnuts
Food processor with blade attachment
Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blitz for 2-3 minutes until you have a fine dust/sand-like consistency. (Don’t worry if there are a few big bits, these add to the texture.)
Store the muesli dust in an airtight container until required.
Place ¾ cup of the muesli dust into a bowl with a good handful of fresh raspberries.
Add a dollop of Meadow Fresh Greek Yoghurt, sprinkle over some cacao nibs for crunch, add your desired amount of milk and dive in.
