Latte Breakfast Smoothie

Coffee in your smoothie? Genius. This smoothie will fill you up, perk you up and have you raring to go in the morning.


  • 60ml espresso strength coffee
  • 2 bananas, peeled (roughly 275g fruit)
  • 300ml Meadow Fresh Organic Milk
  • ½ cup Meadow Fresh Authentic Greek Natural Yoghurt
  • 2 tablespoons runny honey

To serve (optional)

6 chocolate-covered coffee beans, crushed.


  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blitz for 1 minute or until silky smooth.

  2. Pour the mixture into two glasses and top with the crushed chocolate-covered coffee beans, if using.
