Kalo Beetroot Dip

Fancy a healthy summer sweet treat? Our delicious Tropical and Mixed Berry easy peasy homemade frozen yoghurt will be a real hit! 


250g ready to eat beets
1 cup Kalo Yoghurt, Natural
1 clove garlic, chopped
2 tsp lemon juice
½ tsp salt
Black Sesame Seeds, to garnish
Chopped Mint, to garnish
Olive Oil, to garnish


Blend beetroot and garlic until smooth. Stir in yoghurt, lemon juice and salt.
Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle sesame seeds and chopped mint.
Serve with seed crackers and chopped vegetables.
