Iced Turmeric Latte

A refreshing healthy Iced Turmeric that'll cool you down but also be good for your insides! 


  • 500mL Meadow Fresh Milk 
  • 2 tsp Ground Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon 
  • ½ tsp Ground Ginger
  • 1 tsp Honey


1. Combine half the milk and all remaining ingredients in a cocktail/protein shaker and shake until well mixed. 

2. Divide the remaining Meadow Fresh milk over two glasses of ice. 

3. Top the milk with the Turmeric mix and enjoy!
