Gingernut smoothie

When you’re not in the mood for berries and want a touch of spice in your life, this smoothie will get you sorted for the day.


  • 2 cups of Meadow Fresh Trim milk
  • ½ cup Oats
  • 1 Banana
  • 3 Medjool dates - pitted
  • 2 Tbsp Black strap molasses
  • ½ tsp ginger (ground)
  • ½ tsp cinnamon (ground)
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg (ground)

To Garnish

  • A sprinkle of cinnamon


Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into glasses, and top with a light sprinkle of cinnamon.
