Flash Kiwi Dip

Fancy a healthy summer sweet treat? Our delicious Tropical and Mixed Berry easy peasy homemade frozen yoghurt will be a real hit! 


1 red onion, thinly sliced
1 tbs olive oil
2 tbs Balsamic Vinegar
1 tsp brown sugar
½ tsp salt
125g Meadow Fresh Sour Cream
125g Meadow Fresh Cream Cheese
¼ cup Italian Parsley, chopped
1 tsp soy sauce
Black pepper, to taste


  1. Heat olive oil in frying pan and add thinly sliced red onions and salt. Sauté for 10 minutes until soft then add the Balsamic Vinegar and sugar. Sauté for a further 10 minutes until the onions are caramalised.
  2. Turn the heat off and add the cream cheese and sour cream to the pan. Stir until well combined. Remove from pan and allow to cool.
  3. Stir in the parsley, soy sauce and black pepper. Refrigerate until cold then transfer to a dip bowl and serve with crisps or as a steak sauce at your next barbecue!
