Choc Banana Smoothie

Chocolate and Banana Breakfast Smoothie

Chocolate for breakfast? Well, not quite. This smoothie is packed with cacao nibs, which are the super-healthy, nutrient-rich parts of chocolate. All blended up with Meadow Fresh Calci Trim milk and some bananas, it’s a cracker.

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas, peeled (roughly 275g fruit)
  • 300ml Meadow Fresh Calci-Trim Milk
  • 3 dates
  • ½ cup Meadow Fresh Greek Yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon cacao nibs
  • ½ teaspoon cocoa powder

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blitz for 1 minute or until smooth. (Note: The cacao nibs will blend into gorgeous chocolatey specks throughout the smoothie that you can bite into).

  2. Divide the mixture between two glasses and enjoy.
