- 60ml espresso strength coffee
- 2 bananas, peeled (roughly 275g fruit)
- 300ml Meadow Fresh Organic Milk
- ½ cup Meadow Fresh Greek Yoghurt
- 2 tablespoons runny honey
To serve (optional)
6 chocolate-covered coffee beans, crushed.
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blitz for 1 minute or until silky smooth. Pour the mixture into two glasses and top with the crushed chocolate-covered coffee beans, if using.
